CES Credit Union has been a valued asset for hundreds of central Ohio families since 1952. CES Credit Union services are available to people who live, work, worship, or attend school in Knox, Delaware, Ashland, Richland, Licking, Holmes and Morrow counties of Ohio. Immediate family members of present CES accountholders are also welcome to open accounts here.

CES Credit Union is not restricted to just employees of certain employers like Cooper Energy Services. Now, the credit union services are available to a wider and more diverse market, making the credit union stronger.

Because we are owned by our members, we function as a not-for-profit entity. We still run a "tight ship" and adhere to tight security and regulations, but any profits gained from the operation of the credit union are reinvested into the credit union for the betterment of service and for the community.

CES Credit Union is directed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. As a cooperative, CES follows a “one member, one vote” philosophy. Accountholders (also called "members") can vote on Board members at the annual meeting in September of every year.

Savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
