Note: Visa Platinum balance information is not yet available on the new ACCESS CU service. To get your Visa Platinum balance information call 1-800-423-7503. This automated service will give you the following information: total balance as of date, available credit, date of last payment received, amount of minimum payment due and the date.

The rates for the Visa® Platinum are not fixed, and are set according to the applicant's current credit rating and other credit qualifications and criteria. Please see the application for the current cardholder agreement. Card Lost or Stolen?
It is important to report a lost or stolen card as soon as possible, to limit the exposure of fraud to the credit union and potentially even yourself if not reported.
To report your card as lost or stolen when we are not open, please call these numbers...
for ATM and debit cards (including the VISA Debit Cards), please call 1-800-682-6075.
For CES Credit Union issued VISA Credit cards that are lost or stolen, please call 1-866-604-0381 (toll free) or 1-727-570-4881. You can also vistit www.reportmycards.com to report a lost card.

In either case, call CES Credit Union at (740) 397-1136 on the following business day and report your loss.
