Card Lost or Stolen?
It is important to report a lost or stolen card as soon as possible, to limit the exposure of fraud to the credit union and potentially even yourself if not reported.
To report your card as lost or stolen w hen we are not open, please call these numbers...
for ATM and debit cards (including the MasterMoney Check Cards), please call 1.800.523.4175.
For CES Credit Union issued VISA credit cards that are lost or stolen, please call 1.866.604.0381 (toll free) or 1.727.570.4881.
In either case, call CES Credit Union at (740) 397-1136 on the following business day and report your loss.
